FNL
Brian and I are FINALLY watching Friday Night Lights (I know, I know). Some observations (we’re halfway into season one):
- People told me this is what was going to make me like football. WTF?? I like football even less!! Football gives people horrible spinal injuries, takes over lives, is way too important to these people, is awful and sad, etcetera.
- Tami and Coach Taylor have a relationship that feels very familiar.
- Every girl I know is always talkin’ about Tim Riggins. I get it and all, but Matt Saracen is more my style. Yes, I was also the girl that had a crush on Brian Krakow and thought Jordan was a jerk.
- Austin everywhere! I especially like how when they went to the ‘ghetto town’ they just showed different angles of 12th and Chicon.
- After Tami and Matt, my favorite character is definitely Landry’s metal band.
